The new digital tendencies in this technological world demand a friendly and professional website skills for business owners and website developers. As a result of this two articles, I have listed three action items that will help us improve our website and increase retain our audience as well as bring new customers.

Analyze your website structure – it will help you capture the attention of your visitor and increase the possibilities of helping them find the information they are looking for. 

Be simple – Today’s world goes fast so make sure you give your audience what they need in a timely matter as well as get the information that you need from them.

Help to be help – remember that the connections you made, the links you share and the interest of your customers are as value as your company, as a sale itself,  engage with your clients and make them feel that they are what matters the most.

The best practices and common mistakes on websites design are focused on help you as a website owner or administrator to step up your content and maximize the customer satisfaction as well as the publicity for your products or services.
